Payment Methods

For room reservations through the website, a deposit equal to 25% of the total reservation value is required, through our bank account.

For each reservation, there will be a relevant electronic reservation voucher (voucher) which will be sent to the interested customer, who in turn must deliver it to the hotel upon arrival, for the services offered.

Staying Extension

In case the customer wishes to extend his stay, before arriving at the hotel, the customer should contact the relevant hotel department in a timely manner.

Changes

Για να αλλάξει τις ημέρες της διαμονής του, ο πελάτης πρέπει να επικοινωνήσει εγκαίρως με το αρμόδιο τμήμα του ξενοδοχείου.

Σε περίπτωση που ο πελάτης, μετά την άφιξη του στο ξενοδοχείο, επιθυμεί να περιορίσει τη διάρκεια της διαμονής του, δεν προβλέπεται επιστροφή χρημάτων σ' αυτόν.

Διαφορετικά, θα πρέπει να επικοινωνήσει εγκαίρως με το αρμόδιο τμήμα του ξενοδοχείου KALLISTI Studios.

Booking Cancellation
In case the customer wishes to cancel his reservation, he/she must contact the competent department of the KALLISTI Studios hotel in a timely manner.

The customer reserves the right to cancel his reservation at any time, with the following penalties:

Cost of cancelling your booking:

• Failure of the customer to show up at the hotel or cancellation of the reservation less than 15 days from the arrival date, withholding of the deposit.
• Cancellation more than 20 days before arrival – refund of the total amount of the deposit.

The refund from the company to the customer is made through a bank deposit (the bank costs are borne by the customer).
